PickUp Patrol (all grades)
Wednesday, February 24, 2021 5:10 AM

We are using a system called PickUp Patrol to help us track dismissals. PickUp Patrol (PUP) will save us a great deal of time in the office and reduce interruptions in our classrooms—while also providing you with a convenient way to make changes to your student’s dismissal plans.
Most importantly, it will help us ensure that your students arrive safely to their correct after-school destinations, and it will assist us with tracking health risks in our building.
ATTENDANCE: Please notify the school office when your student will be absent, arriving late or leaving early.
DISMISSAL CHANGES: Submit changes to your student’s regular dismissal plans. For example:
  • Your student normally rides the bus but is getting picked up today.
  • Your student usually goes to aftercare but is leaving early for an appointment.
All plan changes should be entered in PickUp Patrol by 9:20 am. Notes, emails or phone calls will not be accepted for changes after Feb. 8, 2020, except in emergencies.
The PUP web app is free to parents and you can use it from your smartphone or computer.
PUP is not accessed through the app stores. Instead, you’ll simply add it to your phone’s home screen for easy access.
Parents of K-2nd grade should have received a registration email from PickUp Patrol with a link to set up your account.
3rd grade parents, look out for the log-in to Pick Up Patrol in your inbox next week.
