Camp St. Croix - April 29, 30 and May 1

The cost of the trip will be $70.  Please make checks payable to Lake Harriet Community School.  Scholarships are available for any student who needs one for any reason.  Simply indicate your request on the application forms or through an email to the principal or a classroom teacher.  Our goal is to have all students attend this trip.  We will depart at approximately 10:00 am on Monday, April 29 and return approximately 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1.  If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Walter Schleisman via email  (walter.schleisman@mpls.k12.mn.us) or phone 612-668-3316.  Forms deadline is April 15 because the health staff needs to prepare plans and we have to create groups.

Chaperones will need to make sure they have completed the volunteer form and have a current background check (available on the website, under the "about our school" tab).  If you need to check the status of your forms, please contact Kim Kaplan (familycoordinatorlhcs@gmail.com).  Please turn in completed chaperone forms to the office.
