Lake Harriet Community School PTA Meetings 2023-24
Lake Harriet Community School PTA and Site Council are holding joint public meetings each month throughout the 2023-24 school year.
Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a joint effort by the parents and staff at Lake Harriet Community School. Together, we work to improve the school community through a wide variety of academic and social activities. Everyone is welcome to participate in the PTA. Each year we coordinate with families to recruit and train dozens of parents for various volunteer roles. You can also get involved by simply attending PTA meetings whenever you can.
Site Council is the school’s advisory and planning body, and a forum for staff and parents to provide direction to the administration and to enhance student achievement. The purpose of the Site Council is to examine existing or proposed policies and procedures and make recommendations to ensure sustained student achievement. Learn more here.
Join Us!
We encourage you to join any of our monthly meetings either in-person or via Zoom. Ask questions, share your ideas, or just listen in! It’s a great way to learn more about what’s going on at school and meet other parents.
Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Members and meeting guests will receive meeting agendas and minutes. You may also contact the PTA President (lhcspta@gmail.com) if you would like to receive meeting materials, or if you have a proposed agenda topic.
Meeting Time and Location
