Volunteers Needed to Help With Eye Screening
Monday, March 01, 2010 10:25 PM

Parent volunteers are needed to help with a special activity. On March 11th, the Phillips Eye Institute is coming to screen all 3rd and 5th graders at the Upper Campus.  On March 18 and 19th, they will be screening Kindergarteners and 1st graders at the Lower Campus.

The parent volunteer would work with the Phillips staff and simply collect the students (from wherever they are, specialists, etc), and take them to the screening location.  We will work in shifts with just one parent needed per shift, and at present, we are anticipating 3 to 4 shifts per day.  Volunteers will likely only be required at the Lower Campus on the March 18 date.

If you can help, please contact Toni Gerard, Volunteer Coordinator.
