H1N1 Immunization Clinic to be Held Dec 17 at South High School

A free H1N1 Immunization Clinic will be held Dec. 17 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at South High School, 3131 19th Ave. S.

Children and young people ages 6 months to 24 years old can be vaccinated at this clinic. Pregnant women, health care workers, caretakers of infants up to 6 months old, and people ages 25 to 64 with chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure can also be vaccinated. If your child age 9 or under already had a first dose of vaccine more than three weeks ago, this clinic offers a chance for him to receive the recommended second dose.

Immunizations are free, but please bring your insurance card if you have one. No appointment is needed. More information can be found at www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us. and in the flyer
