From the Principals' Desks - Dear Families

Dear Families:

Next week on Sept. 22, 23, and 24th (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) the playground at the upper campus will be shut for use before, during and after the school day.  During this time construction to install the ADA swing will take place. There will be large equipment in use such as earthmovers and trailers. In addition, there will be a large hole during part of the installation process. The safest way to approach this is to limit access during those days. We will hold recess on the green space in front of the school on Vincent or we will hold it indoors during the work days. Saturday is being held as a possible fall back date if there is inclement weather on the proposed work dates. When the project is complete the playground will once again be open for recess and community use.  The ADA swing will be a wonderful addition to our playground, giving equal access to all our students and community members.
