April 30 Deadline for Student Placement Information Form

Parents wishing to complete the “Student Placement Information Form” for the 2010-2011 school year may pick up a paper copy in the Upper or Lower Campus office. The form is also available on the school website and may be electronically submitted to Ellen Murphy (LC) or Mary Rynchek (UC). To find the electronic forms on the website, go to "About Our School" on the left side of the home page, then select "Policies and Forms" and then select "Student Placement Forms" or click here for a shortcut.

Please note, the Friday, April 30, deadline is a firm date--we cannot guarantee that requests received after April 30 will be honored. For parents new to LHCS, this form provides a way for you to offer insights to the type of learner your child is so we can take that into consideration when creating class lists and classroom placement for next year. This is a parent option and not required. Our staff carefully considers the needs of each child when creating classes for the following year.
