Lake Harriet Community School (K-8th grade) has two full-time Special Education Resource Teachers (SERT). One teacher, Leah Swanson, works at both campuses, (morning - mid-afternoon) at the lower campus and (late afternoon) at the upper campus.  The other full-time SERT, Shari Seelig, works at the upper campus only.  They work with students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).  These students may receive special education support/instruction in a Resource Room  ("pull out") or in their classrooms ("push-in").
