Parties Galore is a collection of parent-organized and hosted events that provide financial support for all LHCS PTA funded programs and resources. It also serves as a key community development opportunity for all LHCS families and friends.
Parties Galore opportunities are endless!  In the past hosts have sponsored events such as :

Join  5th grade parents and friends for the annual backyard gathering celebrating the seasons! 

This year's fiesta will be complete with a food truck featuring Latin fare, chile, and chocolate inspired s'mores, and the ever-popular Sno-Cones with a twist.

Mindfulness for Middle School Moms (FRIDAY, MAY 5)

We invite you to an evening of celebration and education! Please join us as Rhonda Geere, LHCS parent, and her business partner, Jessica Peshek, facilitate a session on mindfulness. Receive practical tips on how to practice mindfulness and how to be more mindful with living our values, setting healthy boundaries and making conscious choices about what we put into and on our bodies. You will take away tips that apply to parenting and life in general. The presentation will last approximately 60 minutes, with time before and after to enjoy wine, sangria and light appetizers.

The 6th grade parents will recall our Cinco de Mayo parties of the past.  Well, Trece de Mayo is promising to be bigger, better, and in true LHCS spirit - all inclusive.

Grab your sombrero and join us for an evening of your favorite Cinco de Mayo traditions!  Your price of admission includes a full Mexican meal, live mariachi band, adult pinata, unlimited margaritas, beer, tequila tasting, and much, much more!  Feel like dressing the part?  There will be a prize for best dressed.  Bring cash or checkbook for the famous bead game and fabulous live auction prizes.

Take me out to the ballgame!
Join us for our annual Minnesota Twins game on Sunday May 21, 1:10 PM in the Great Clips section as they face off against the Kansas City Royals. 
We will provide some fun activities for the kids throughout the game, and your ticket includes $10 to use for food and drinks of your choice. Stick around after the game and take the kids to the field to run the bases!

Join LHCS parents for our 4th annual afternoon of biking and beer tasting! This fun tour will head to three or four local brewery taprooms and provide the opportunity to buy food along the way.

The route of this popular event will be almost exclusively on the Twin Cities fantastic system of dedicated bike paths. We will provide several tour hosts that ensure all levels of cyclists are welcome and everybody enjoys the ride!
The route will begin at the south end of Lake Calhoun and will also provide safe and easy ways for people to bike back to Linden Hills at any point during the tour.
Participants responsible for food and drink purchases, but special giveaways are in the works.  Must be 21 years of age.
Where: Start at south side of Lake Calhoun
When: Saturday, June 3
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (end time approx.)
