Children love learning new things! So, bring your family to the Anthony Science Fair Open House where they can see creative displays of science projects by Anthony’s 7th and 8th graders. The Open House is at Anthony Middle School, 5757 Irving Ave. S. on Thursday, December 11th, 5-7pm. Topics include whether low-fat foods taste different from regular foods, whether spending extra money on pet shampoo makes a difference, and whether music can affect the perception of time. The Raptor Center will also have a live eagle, Great Horned Owl, and Peregrine Falcon on display. For more information, contact science teacher Shannon Edberg (Shannon.Edberg@mpls.k12.mn.us, 668-7950).
